Welcome to Foundation Stage & Key Stage 1!

In KS1 we have lots of lessons every day. Our day starts with Reading, phonics and spelling and English. We then have a break time followed by Mathematics. In the afternoons we learn Science, History, Geography, Music, Art, PHSE, DT and PE. We are always busy and are lucky there are lots of adults to help us.

In the Foundation Stage we have lots of opportunities to learn through play. We also have daily phonics, individual reading, maths and writing practise. We watch and learn from the older children and work as a team.

The children have been busy in school practicing their lines and songs for this year's Nativity. 

Please help your child to practise the songs for the performance by listening and singing along to the songs at home, in the car or on your mobile phone wherever you can!
