Welcome to Foundation Stage & Key Stage 1!
In the Foundation Stage we have lots of opportunities to learn through play. We also have daily phonics, individual reading, maths and writing practise. We watch and learn from the older children and work as a team.
In KS1 we have lots of lessons every day. Our day starts with Reading, phonics and spelling and English. We then have a break time followed by Mathematics. In the afternoons we learn Science, History, Geography, Music, Art, PHSE, DT and PE. We are always busy and are lucky there are lots of adults to help us.

Summer Production - The Piper
This year's summer production is based on the traditional tale of 'The Pied Piper of Hamelin', this is a fun and entertaining musical for the whole school and has a clear and relevant message.
Children will be learning their speaking parts and songs in class and will be bringing home their parts to practise. Please could you help your children to practise their parts and songs at home. The audio tracks have been provided below. You can access these on your phone, tablet, laptop or PC. Sing in the morning, the evening, the weekend, at home, in the car or wherever you feel comfortable.
Thank you,
Have fun singing along to the songs!
